Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
